libgtkhtml3.14-dbg software package provides HTML rendering/editing library - debug files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgtkhtml3.14-dbg
libgtkhtml3.14-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgtkhtml3.14-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgtkhtml3.14-dbg *
You will get with libgtkhtml3.14-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
